TV Show of the Week
I appreciate all forms of media arts, for I am an aspiring artist with an open mind that reaches out beyond the horizons of the constant skyline she faces…
But really I love television shows, and television programs offer a lot in the media arts. In fact, if I considered myself a writer before a filmmaker, I would get in to television. The prospect of the television series allows for a lot of freedom in terms of story, plot, and character development. You have the entire world to work with for as long as you can keep it on the air.
And there’s a whole lot more about television I haven’t learned yet, but that’s what I know, and I consider that information enough for television shows to be studied and critiqued and all that fun stuff. So I’m going to integrate a Television Show of the Week amongst the films I’ll be watching.
Who knows, maybe I’ll just find I seem to enjoy television more and switch majors!
Ahh, the beauty of being young and reckless… all the time in the world to decide on my major study of choice. And yes, I judge recklessness as filling my time by watching television AND movies then writing in depth, merciless reviews about them.
I’m a girl who likes to live life on the edge.
